  • jitna ho sake utna paani piye dhyan rahe bacha pet me paani ke thelli ke ander he rehta h.
  • taral padarth jese fruit juice le skte h.
  • esa khana le jo aapke iron or folic acid ke kami ko poora karta h jese anaz, makka, chawal, palak, santra, strawberry, anar ityadi.
  • calcium ke aapootari ke liye roj kam se kam 2 glass dhudh peeye, oats, dahi, ssag, badam khaye.

Pregnancy me kya nahi khaye:

Pragnancy me ye bhe dhyan rakhna chahiye ki kya nhi khana chahiye kyuki kuch khan pan ki cheeze hamare or hamare bache ke liye hanikarak ho skti h.
